Any pensions accrued up to that point would usually be paid out in July as an additional payment - for example, if the pension was approved on July 1.

Which recipients are next in line?

basic pension is

The full surcharge is only available from the age of 35.
The basic pension is aimed at low-wage earners, but the contribution must have been at least 30 percent of average earnings.

What is the average basic pension?
Anyone who has worked for many years and earned below average should receive a basic pension in the future. Not everyone receives the full allowance: “The basic pension is not an independent benefit, but rather a plus to the existing pension. It is paid out together with the statutory pension.
