The Fair Prosecutor's Office of the capital city of the Santa María department requested that an autopsy be carried out on the body to determine the causes of death, in a fact that was temporarily classified as "death of doubtful etiology."

The prosecutor for Crimes against Sexual Integrity of the city of Córdoba, Alicia Chirino, investigates a complaint filed by

three adolescents of Jesús María

against Noel for alleged sexual abuse that would have been committed during the filming of the movie Cordero de Dios, filmed between the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019.

The official had charged Noel with alleged sexual abuse, according to article 306 in fine, which supposes a "slight suspicion", for which the arrest was not issued.

Among other measures, the judicial officer awaited psychological and psychiatric expert opinions from both the accused and the complainants.

In addition, Noel

was convicted in France of sexual abuse

against a 15-year-old teenager.

As in the middle of the investigation he traveled to Argentina, where he settled, and avoided extradition, the trial in that country was carried out "in absentia."

The sentence was appealed and has not yet been final.
