  • For the shortcrust pastry,

    quickly knead all the ingredients together, shape it into a ball and wrap it in cling film.

    Put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C fan oven.

    Grease the springform pan (26 cm) with butter.

  • For the filling,
