Mediobanca: Caltagirone rounds up from 2.88 to over 3%

Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone rose to 3.003% of Mediobanca on 20 July.

This is what emerges from the updates to Consob on significant shareholdings.

On the eve it emerged that the Roman builder on July 12 had a stake in shares equal to 2.88% as well as options on another 2.175% of the capital.
