Covid-19 in France: 21,909 new cases, still less than 7,000 hospitalized patients

Critical care services (resuscitation, intensive care and continuous monitoring) are also suffering more.

868 patients are hospitalized there this Thursday, reports Public Health France, against 859 Wednesday and 914 last Thursday.

Against 36 new admissions a week ago and 64 on Wednesday, this Thursday there are 59 new admissions.

Always more contaminations

The total number of hospital deaths due to Covid-19 reached 85,063 deaths this Thursday, with 11 new deaths in 24 hours.

Over the same period, we had deplored Wednesday and last Thursday 22 and 16 new deaths.

Contaminations, they had crossed the threshold of 10,000 new cases on Tuesday.

Wednesday, 21,539 new contaminations over 24 hours.

3,617 had been released seven days ago.

This Wednesday, there are even more: 21,909 new cases have been identified in the past 24 hours.
