(ANSA) - PESCARA, JUL 23 - "I would not like some solutions, such as teleworking, which certainly could be useful in an emergency, to become a universal rule for the organization of work and for the definition of life styles".

This was reiterated by the President of the Senate Elisabetta Casellati in her speech at the conference "Which City: Identity, size, beauty and citizenship rights" in Pescara.

"This would irremediably change the face of our cities. Closed offices, emptied centers, public businesses with no more market, services, tertiary and real estate with related industries in irreversible crisis - continued the president of Senato - Is this really the city we want? the pandemic must also arise from cities. We must restore the city to a true demographic, social and economic centrality. Because for those who live society, the city is everything ". (HANDLE).
