The springform pan can stay in the cupboard this time: cheesecake pralines are simply shaped by hand.
Perfect as a gift - or to snack on yourself.
If you bring cheesecake to a party, you can't go wrong: almost everyone likes the classic.
You can also decorate it as you like, which makes it a beautiful sight.
Blueberries, edible flowers or meringue: there are no limits to creativity.
You only know the cheesecake as a "normal" springform cake?
There are many other ways to bring the delicacy to the table - for example in the form of pralines!
These are wonderful as a small side dish with coffee or as a lovingly prepared last course.
Chocolates are too expensive to make for you?
With the following recipe it works very quickly!
It's easy to make cheesecake pralines yourself
For 30 cheesecake chocolates you need the following
ingredients
:
200 g butter or chocolate biscuits
250 g double cream cheese
3 tbsp mango and passion fruit jam
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
100 g white chocolate
Decoration as you like, e.g. blueberries
Wooden skewers
Quickly rolled by hands: cheesecake pralines
In a first step, the biscuits are finely ground.
Then mix the cream cheese with jam, lemon juice and salt.
In the next step, add the biscuit flour and knead until the mixture takes on a smooth consistency.
Then 30 walnut-sized balls are formed.
For the chocolate coating, chop the chocolate and then melt it in a water bath.
The glaze is very easy if you skewer the balls with a wooden stick and then dip them in the chocolate.
Then the cheesecake pralines only have to be placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and decorated.
After the chocolate has dried, it's time to pack and give away pralines or just enjoy them yourself!
