Small amounts of mustard were discovered in “Edeka deli Pulled Pork and Country Potatoes”.
Because of this, the manufacturer is now recalling certain batches.
Jagsthausen - Because the meat marinade of a ready-made salad can contain small amounts of mustard, the manufacturer recalls certain batches of "Edeka deli Pulled Pork and Country Potatoes".
Gartenfrisch Jung GmbH announced on Thursday in Jagsthausen near Heilbronn that the product was of perfect quality and could be safely consumed by non-mustard sufferers.
Only the 200 gram trays with the best before dates 23, 24, 26 and 27 July 2021 are affected by the recall. Mustard is not listed as an ingredient on the packaging.
Product recall: Customers can return Edeka ready-made salad at the checkout
The article was offered nationwide mainly at Edeka and Marktkauf, except in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. In Baden-Württemberg, only the parts bordering Hesse and Bavaria are affected. According to the notification, customers who have bought the salad can return it to their supermarkets for a refund of the purchase price without presenting the receipt.
