Students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad won two bronze medals and two certificates of appreciation in the IMO International Mathematics Olympiad for 2021, which was organized by Russia “remotely” on July 19 and 20 with wide participation from most of the developed countries of the world with extensive experience in the Math Olympiad.
The Excellence and Creativity Authority stated in a statement that SANA received a copy of this evening that the two bronze medals were won by students Alaa El-Din Ahmed and Muhammad Fouad Al-Muein from Aleppo, while he received two certificates of appreciation from students Al-Hussein Khalil from Tartous and Khaled Rajoub from Homs.
This result comes through the thirteenth Syrian participation in this scientific merit, the largest in the world in mathematics.
