(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 24 - The entire fourteenth-century pictorial cycle of Padua is Unesco heritage: the green light to enter the World Heritage List has arrived from Fuzhou in China where the 44th session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee was held. The Padua Urbs Picta includes the entire pictorial cycle of the eight buildings and monumental complexes in the historic center of the city, including the Scrovegni Chapel frescoed by Giotto, and the frescoes of the Palazzo della Ragione. It is the second Unesco site of the city, which is already in the list with the Botanical Garden. (HANDLE).
