(ANSA) - MILAN, JUL 25 - According to the investigating judge of Pavia MariaCristina Lapi, the councilor for security of Voghera, MassimoAdriatici, who on Tuesday evening during a fight killed the Moroccan Youns El Bossettaoui with a gunshot, must be under house arrest because a "measure is necessary that temporarily but strongly limits the freedom of movement for a subject who, by his own admission, has declared that he is unable to manage it (a situation like that, ed) without very serious risks for the community".
