You really do not have to be vegan to savor these great patties.
Tofu patties with a crazy texture that undergo a short baking and go into a sauce I call shakshuka sauce - a thick sauce of peppers, garlic, tomatoes and spinach that no one does not like.
Tofu is a great raw material and very convenient for working in the kitchen.
It perfectly absorbs the flavors of the sauce and spices, and even if you do not define yourself as living on a plant-based diet, you will find that sometimes it is simpler and easier to work with when you want to prepare a quick family meal.
Besides, the most fun food is to diversify and enrich the menu as much as possible with nutrients.

Ingredients
For patties:
1 packet tofu
1 tablespoon raw tahini
1 onion cut into quarters
1 coarsely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ Kafbhart
½ Paprika
For the sauce:
1 red pepper
1 hot pepper
5 tablespoons olive oil
3 tomatoes
2 cups New Zealand spinach separated into leaves
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 buckwheat
To serve:
Roasted pine nuts or almond chips

Preparation
How to make tofu patties?
1 In a food processor, grind all the patty ingredients.
2 Form patties and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Spray with oil spray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until browned.
3 Cut the tomatoes and peppers into cubes.
Slice the garlic.
4 In a wide pan or flat pan, fry the peppers with the olive oil and garlic for about 5 minutes, stirring.
5 Add the tomatoes, spinach and spices, mix, pour the glass of water and bring to a boil.
Transfer to a low heat, place the patties in a pot, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
7 Serve with roasted pine nuts or almond chips on top.
