Thanks to a new trailer, fans will get an insight into the final "The Walking Dead" season.
However, one scene seems to show the death of a character.
Soon it will continue: The last season of the zombie hit "The Walking Dead" * starts on
August 22, 2021.
The fans can expect 24 episodes full of suspense, carnage and tragic scenes.
There is no doubt that the grand finale will also claim several victims.
So far, at least one important protagonist or antagonist has died in every season.
Who will it hit this time?
A first trailer (see above) does not of course provide any answers.
However, some fans believe
that they have recognized a tragic figure death

AMC has given the fans a particularly long trailer.
For three minutes, viewers get to see the first scenes of the 11th season.
The makers made sure not to anticipate too many action details.
The fans can wonder what many of the excerpts shown actually mean.
What is certain, however, is that the tragedy will not be neglected. We discover several clips in which the protagonists cry or scream in desperation. For example, at minute 0:38 Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgen) pulls a struggling Maggie (Lauren Cohan) away from a dangerous place. Your reaction suggests
that another character is in danger or even dies
. A second before we also see a person being bitten by a walker. Who is caught remains open. Since a zombie bite usually means death, we can assume
that the affected figure will not survive
.
In the YouTube comments, users point out another sequence that is supposed to show the demise of a character.
At 1:29 the whimpering of a dog can be heard while Daryl (Norman Reedus) exclaims a loud “No!”.
Could it be that his loyal companion with the simple name "Dog" dies
?
Several viewers fear the worst: "Not Daryl's dog!", For example, writes one person in the comments.
Others mention that the creators could deliberately mislead viewers.
Maybe it just looks like Dog won't survive.
It remains to be seen what fate the scriptwriters ultimately chose.
