The #IoApro movement, born during the pandemic to ask for an end to the restrictive anti-Covid measures, returns to the streets tomorrow in Rome. The event is scheduled at 3pm in piazza Montecitorio.
"Green Pass? No, thanks"
is the slogan of the sit-in which was forewarned at the police station. "For all Italians who want to be free to choose" reads the protest manifesto. Participants from other cities are also expected.
"We will be at least 10 thousand people - says Umberto Carriera, national secretary of IoApro - it will be a national demonstration". Career in recent days he had emphasized: "Inserting the green pass, as well as an unacceptable limitation of the individual, would create incredible economic damage to all categories involved".
And again to protest against the Green pass, a torchlight procession was launched on Wednesday evening in Piazza del Popolo with the slogan "Free to choose".
