China has decided to reforest the edge of the Gobi Desert to create a "great green wall" intended to block the sand.

Mixed with pollution, it had made the air unbreathable.

A typhoon over the Shanghai region

At the same time, eastern China was swept away by the gusts of Typhoon In-Fa on Sunday, while a whole part of the country is still occupied by the cleaning up of the damage generated by the devastating floods of a few years ago. days.

Accompanied by gusts of winds blowing up to 38 meters / second (nearly 137 km / h), this tropical storm reached the region of the cargo port of Ningbo, one of the largest in the world with that of Shanghai.

Activity was suspended in these two ports, while air, rail and sea traffic was interrupted over a whole section of the eastern coast.
