Covid-19: the milestone of 40 million first-time vaccinated, announces Macron who calls to "continue"

It was the president himself who announced it on Monday, shortly before 11 a.m.: the 40 million first-time vaccinated barrier has been crossed.

", Emmanuel Macron tweeted Monday, announcing that this important milestone while the health pass has just been adopted by parliamentarians.

"40 million French people have received at least one dose of vaccine, or nearly 60% of the population (+ 4 million in fifteen days)", wrote in a tweet the president, who is currently in French Polynesia.

The government has set the target of 50 million first-time vaccines at the end of August.
