Ingredients

1 packet flakes (500 g)
350 g Chicken breast cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 red pepper cut into small cubes
1 cup chopped white cabbage
1 cup corn kernels or green peas from the freezer
⅔2 boiling cups (650 ml)
Salt
For a sour-sweet sauce
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
½ As a chili sauce or a tablespoon of sweet chili
1 clove crushed garlic
1 cm of grated ginger root

How to make a flake stew with chicken breast?

Prepare the sauce:
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
It should be intense in taste.
Do not panic, it is going to boil with water and flakes that will moderate it, but taste and check that you did not overdo it with the spicy.
2 Heat a wide, flat pot with a tablespoon of oil and sauté the chicken pieces for about a minute or two until they turn white.
Add soy, stir for another half a minute and remove to a plate or bowl.
3 Add another tablespoon of oil to the pot and saute the onion and peppers for a minute or two.
4 Put the flakes in the pot with the peppers and onions and brown them slightly, bring back the chicken pieces (with the liquid drained from them) and add the cabbage and corn or peas, pour in the sauce and mix together so that its flavors are well absorbed.
5 Pour the boiling water and salt.
Bring to a boil, cover, lower the flame and cook for 6 minutes.
6 Turn off the heat, stir a little and serve.
