pancake cake

is more than just pancakes stacked on top of each other.

It tempts with a quark cream cream and seasonal fruit, for example

in the recipe below

But pears and apples also taste good in autumn.

Admittedly, this pancake cake is not one of the lightning-fast cake recipes, because you first prepare the dough and let it rest, then bake the pancakes and then stack them alternately with cream, jam and fruit.

But you don't have to put anything in the oven for that.

All you need is a pan to bake the pancakes and the impostor is good to go.
