Students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad won a bronze medal in the World Biology Olympiad, which was organized by Portugal "remotely" on the 19th and 21st of July, with the participation of 296 students from 74 countries around the world.
The Excellence and Creativity Authority said in a statement that SANA received a copy of it today that the bronze medal was won by the student Basil Al-Kanjo from Aleppo.
The International Biology Olympiad competitions included two rounds of practical and theoretical tests, each lasting 3 continuous hours, and Syria's participation in it was the fifth.
