How to make chicken and potatoes in a baking bag?

  • 1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  • 2 Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into eighths and the onions into quarters.

    Slice the gamba into slices and separate the garlic head into teeth (no need to peel them).

  • 3 Put all the ingredients in the baking bag with the jam, soy and a little salt.

    Close tightly (it is important to ensure a good closure) and shake so that all the ingredients are well coated in soy and jam.

  • 4 Place the bag in a mold and stab it with a toothpick or skewer three holes to allow steam to escape.
