The most delicious, the most juicy and the lightest.
Chicken and potatoes, the version that always succeeds (Photo: Walla !, Ayala Jenny)
Chicken and potatoes in a bag I call the bag of surprises, because every time I take it out of the oven after roasting and open it I am surprised anew.
Each time I do not believe how simple this simple, always, but always, comes out so delicious and juicy.
Once upon a time these were just cookie bags, today you can get baking or grilling bags from different companies and it is always the tastiest, juiciest and easiest.

An overwhelming result every time again.

So what's the trick?
First of all there is no need to varnish tools at all.
Chicken, potatoes, onions and spices go into the bag, undergo a serious shake so that everyone gets a wrap of spices or batter, and then go with the bag into a preheated oven.
Roasting in a bag causes all the natural juices of the chicken and vegetables to be kept inside, and the result is fading every time again.
So if you are one of those times when the chicken comes out good, once reasonable and once dry, I promise you a delicious and tender chicken that anyone can make with one hundred percent success.

Preparation
How to make chicken and potatoes in a baking bag?
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2 Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into eighths and the onions into quarters.
Slice the gamba into slices and separate the garlic head into teeth (no need to peel them).
3 Put all the ingredients in the baking bag with the jam, soy and a little salt.
Close tightly (it is important to ensure a good closure) and shake so that all the ingredients are well coated in soy and jam.
4 Place the bag in a mold and stab it with a toothpick or skewer three holes to allow steam to escape.
Surface with the hands as much as possible the bag with its contents, so that the surface area of the bag will be as large as possible.
Put in the oven for an hour and a half until the poultry and potatoes are tender-soft and wrap them in a delicious sauce.
Transfer to a serving bowl and eat.

What else can fit in the roasting bag?
Any vegetable you like - carrots, leeks, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, dill or zucchini.
Just be sure to put in vegetables that need the same roasting time or cut them accordingly.
Those who like sweet flavors can also add fruits like apples, orange slices or dried fruits.
And those who like aromas can add thyme, rosemary, sage or herb as preferred.
