(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JULY 27 - The new flood toll in Belgium is 41 dead and 2 missing. This was announced by the Walloon minister-president Elio Di Rupo in a press conference where he presented the measures taken following bad weather. Elio Di Rupo also announced that 202 of the 262 municipalities in Wallonia will benefit from the Disaster Fund.
To coordinate the reconstruction and manage the emergency measures, the government has decided to establish a "special commission for reconstruction".
