While the health situation has deteriorated sharply in Martinique, the authorities have decided to take new measures.
"Containment will be put in place from this weekend and for three weeks, with a review clause in mid-August," announced the prefect, Stanislas Cazelles, this Wednesday evening.
The measure should apply "during the day from 5 am to 7 pm".
"Any movement beyond a limit of 10 km around the home will be subject to a certificate," said the prefect.
The curfew in effect at 9 p.m. has therefore been reduced to 7 p.m.
