This was reported by the BBC, citing sources close to the dossier. A review of international entry rules is expected by 31 July and airlines are putting pressure on Downing Street to ease restrictions. At the moment the quarantine requirement has been lifted only for fully vaccinated Britons in the UK who return from the US and the EU.
