A train is partially derailed on the railway line between the Polish city of Szczecin and Tantow in Brandenburg.
The regional train was on its way to Berlin and in the morning crashed into a truck at a level crossing in the village of Kolbaskowo near the German border, as the PAP agency reported, citing the fire brigade.
Eight people were reportedly treated with minor injuries such as abrasions and bruises on an outpatient basis.
Nobody had to be taken to the hospital.
The truck driver was also able to leave his vehicle on his own.
Rail replacement service set up
A police spokeswoman said the traffic light for traffic was red.
The truck driver stated that he was blinded by the sun.
Rail traffic at the site of the accident was temporarily interrupted.
A rail replacement service with buses was set up.
