A Palestinian in his 20s, Shawkat Awad, was shot dead today by Israeli soldiers during violent riots in Beit Umar (Hebron) following the funeral of an 11-year-old boy.
Muhammad al-Alami, this is his name, was killed yesterday in the same locality by a bullet fired by soldiers in the direction of his father's car.
Awad, specifies the Palestinian news agency Maan citing the ministry of health, was hit by bullets in the head and abdomen and died shortly after being admitted to a hospital in Hebron.
