Justice: Commission approves first amendment Cartabia

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 30 - The Chamber's Justice Commission has approved the first of the 26 government amendments on the reform of the criminal trial.

    This is an amendment that concerns special procedures and in particular the application of penalties, so as to encourage alternative rites and discourage appeals.
