(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 30 - Arrest in the act of husband or ex-husband or violent partner who violates the measures of removal from the family home and the prohibition of approaching places frequented by the injured person, violations that since 2001 have been prosecuted as crimes autonomous and no longer as an aggravating circumstance, but which did not foresee the arrest and the flagrance. An amendment by Iv, first signed by Lucia Annibali, provides for this to the reform of the criminal trial to which the government and the rapporteur Franco Vazio have given a favorable opinion and which will therefore be approved in the Justice Commission today.
