Next Sunday, the second exam session 2021 begins for students of the secondary school certificate in its various branches, as the number of registered students reached 161,596 students between improved or complementary, distributed among 888 exam centers.
According to the Ministry of Education figures, of which SANA received a copy today, the total number of students registered for the general certificate in its literary and scientific branches reached 144,908, including 40361 complementary students and 104547 improved students, distributed among 733 exam centers, 227 centers for the literary branch and 506 for the scientific.
The ministry has prepared 132 centers to receive students of vocational high school certificates in its various industrial, commercial and women’s branches, and 23 centers for Sharia secondary students, where 61 examination centers have been allocated to applicants for industrial secondary exams, numbering 8404, of whom 3,869 are improved students and 4535 are complementary students.
The number of exam centers designated for commercial secondary exams reached 40, accommodating 5,339 male and female students, 2,263 of whom apply as improvers and 3076 as complements. 1635 male and female students for female secondary exams are distributed among 31 centers, including 485 improved students and 1,150 students as complements, in addition to 1,310 Sharia secondary students, including 649 improved and 661 complements.
The students of the secondary certificate, the scientific branch, and the legal and vocational high school in all its branches, completed their exams for the first 2021 session on the 22nd of last June, while the secondary students of the literary branch finished their exams on the 20th of the same month, with the progress of more than 250 thousand students in all governorates.
