The measures taken to stop the coronavirus pandemic mean that the situation of the
borders -
open, closed or with restrictions - is constantly changing.
And this triggers the questions: Which countries allow the entry of tourists, and particularly of Argentines ?;
Upon arrival at the destination, do you have to quarantine or present a negative PCR ?;
Is it necessary to be vaccinated?
It is not bad to remember, in the first place, that from the Migrations area they advise against traveling for non-essential reasons, and that the Argentine Government imposed a limit on the number of people who can enter the country through the Ezeiza International Airport.

While some countries begin to live in a new normal, others
keep their territory closed
to tourism and the vast majority
ask for various requirements
to enter.
Here are some places where we can travel - and others that we cannot - Argentines.
Europe
A new wave of infections threatens Spain, and President Pedro Sánchez announced new measures for travelers.
Argentina is classified as
an epidemiological “high risk” country
, and therefore only Argentines with
a European passport
or who can prove a
specific situation
can enter Spain
.
Of course, those who enter must complete a
10-day isolation
, which can end sooner if a test is performed after 7 days and it is negative.

.

This announcement implies a setback, since entry had been authorized as of June 7 to all people vaccinated with the doses approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Since July 17, France has enabled
fully vaccinated
travelers
.
They must prove a complete vaccination schedule with a vaccine recognized by France and approved by the European Medicines Agency.
People who are not inoculated may enter if they have
European citizenship
or have a
residence permit
in the community.

Until July 30, Argentines who want to travel to Italy can only do so
for specific reasons such
as work, health issues, study, absolute urgency or return home.
They will have to present a negative test carried out 72 hours before the flight, complete a location form and perform 10 days of isolation.
In addition, they will not be able to use public transportation upon arrival.
Germany, meanwhile, allows the entry of fully vaccinated Argentines (with vaccines approved by EMA) for
tourism

The country requests a

or proof of vaccination in digital or physical form in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish.
Russia, meanwhile, only allows the entry of foreigners to receive medical treatment or to care for relatives in the country.
Those who have a close relative who is a Russian citizen can enter proving the kinship relationship.
Meanwhile, travelers
can transit through Russian airports
, as long as they do not enter the country.
The United Kingdom included Argentina and 56 other countries on the red list, which prohibits the entry of its citizens.
Until August 10, Argentines cannot enter Norway either.
Sweden also has its borders closed for people from Argentina.
Finland only receives fully vaccinated passengers.
America
The United States welcomes citizens of Argentina who present a
negative covid-19 certificate
upon arrival, made up to 3 days before departure from the first boarding point, and complete an
affidavit
and certification form prior to departure.
This situation applies to all people from two years of age, although it must be taken into account that some states ask for
specific requirements
.

The borders of Mexico, meanwhile, are open and
there are no restrictions
on air entry.
All you have to do is present the questionnaire for identifying risk factors in travelers to the immigration service upon landing.
To visit the Dominican Republic, it is not necessary to have a negative coronavirus test.
Visitors can be subjected to

Argentines arriving in Panama will have to have a test (PCR, RT-PCR or antigens) done 72 hours before the flight.

People who have been in Argentina in the last 14 days, must in turn undergo another test upon arrival.
Paraguay requests to complete the Traveler's Health Declaration 24 hours before entering the country.
Present test with negative result, carried out up to 72 hours before shipment.
Only RNA detection techniques are supported.
If someone had the illness between 90 and 14 days prior to the trip, they must prove it with laboratory results.
All travelers must complete a

Asia and Oceania
Israel considers Argentina as an
area of high
epidemiological
risk
and its citizens are not allowed to enter.
China suspended the entry of foreigners, although it does not apply to those who have a visa issued after March 2020 processed outside that country.
