(ANSA) - TOKYO, JUL 30 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange starts the last session of the week with a minus sign, despite the rise in the US stock indices, with investors looking cautiously at the start of the quarterly season, while fears of a further diffusion of Covid cases, in the capital and nationally.
The Nikkei lost 0.58% to 27,621.02, and a loss of 161 points.
On the currency front, the yen is stable against the dollar at 109.40, and against the euro at 130.10.
