But I hate spinning, and I actually quite liked the climb, for several reasons:



Unlike spinning, here the whole body works - the arms, legs, core muscles and stabilizers, and higher intensity than spinning because of the posture - standing instead of sitting.

In addition, the workout is so woody and therefore also super effective (about 500 calories per hour - more than a bike and a wheelbarrow), that you do not need more than half an hour of it.

And that's a huge benefit for, well, almost all of us, and especially for me.



No matter how much I want to go to training, in this case the self-conviction is easier, because if I leave the house at ten to seven to get to seven, and at eight I am already back home after a shower, cutting a salad (who I work for. In addition to all the benefits of cardiopulmonary, aerobic and muscle training, the length of the workout alone makes the climb a workout worth investing in. The price - 450 shekels per month for the challenge, and you can also give up the nutritionist and just come and sweat with friends for only 300 shekels. Personally, I was not really careful about changing my diet, so the weight did not change too much, but what did matter to me was much more important than a few pounds more or less - the body is collected and more shapely, and the mood accordingly.
