1. Corona tests before flight
The Ministry of Health defines that all passengers departing from Israel, who have been in Israel for more than 72 hours, will present to the airline representative before take-off a negative corona test result (PCR) for carrying the corona virus.
This provision does not apply to those who hold a certificate of immunization or a certificate of Israeli recovery with regard to the obligation to leave the country.
However, it must be emphasized that a significant number of airports in the world will require a PCR test as a condition of entry into the country even if you are vaccinated or recovering, so passengers must verify the borders and requirements of the destination country before flying.
In the meantime, it is mandatory to fill out a declaration of departure form from Israel at least 24 hours before the flight
at the following link
.
The form must fill in your personal details and those of the accompanying passengers and a statement that you will not visit the country defined as a maximum level of risk (red country), unless you have received approval from the Exceptions Committee.
Citizens and residents over the age of 16 are required to fill out the form.

Passengers tested for travel are not required to be isolated.
Of course if you have been instructed to go into solitary confinement for another reason it is binding, regardless of the test you have done.

up to NIS 297

An inspection at one of the MDA branches will cost
only NIS 135 per
person and there are discounts for insured insurance companies, and customers of travel agencies or consumer clubs.

5. What is the difference between green and red countries, where can you fly without isolation?
The colors of the countries refer to the return policy to the country as set by the Ministry of Health.
Green countries are countries from which returnees do not have to be isolated.
Red states require returnees to be 14 days isolated from their last stay in a red state or 7 days isolation subject to two negative PCR tests (one at the entrance to Israel and the other after 7 days of isolation).
Currently, returning from all countries requires isolation subject to Ministry of Health guidelines for anyone who is not vaccinated or recovering.
Vaccinated and recovering are required in isolation for 24 hours or until a negative response is obtained from the PCR test to be performed on landing.
If you made a connection in a red country, but did not leave the airport, you are not obliged to insulate for 14 days, but according to what is currently accepted.
If you went to the Red State during the concession, you must be in isolation for 14 days upon your return to Israel.

If you have not had time to perform a PCR test before take-off, an application must be submitted to the Exceptions Committee for entry into Israel without performing a test
at the following link
.
The committee allows entry into Israel without an examination only in exceptional cases: humanitarian reasons or real difficulties in carrying out the examination in the country in which you were.
