(ANSA) - MILAN, 02 AUG - Erg has sold 100% of Erg Hydro to Enel Produzione for 1 billion euros. It can be read in a note in which it is indicated that the operation was carried out through the subsidiary Erg Power Generation. An "integrated system for the production of hydroelectric energy, which extends between Umbria, Lazio and Marche", made up of 19 hydroelectric plants, 7 minihydro plants, 7dighe, 4 basins (corresponding to Salto, Turano, Corbara and Pediluco) and a pumping station, for an efficient power of 527 Mw and an average annual production of about 1.5TWh.
