The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced today the postponement of the application for scholarships offered by Egypt for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels “Master’s and PhD” for the academic year 2021-2022 until a date to be determined later.
A ministry statement, which SANA received a copy of, stated: “Due to the difficulties that students face during electronic registration on the Egyptian scholarship website, and after communicating with the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic in Egypt, the application for these scholarships has been postponed to a date to be determined later after solving the technical problems on the electronic registration website. On the twenty-eighth of last July, the Ministry announced the provision of 50 scholarships and 35 academic seats for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels “Master’s and PhD” in Egyptian universities for the academic year 2021-2022, and specified the period for applying for these grants during the period between 2 and 8-12- 2021.
