Shiri Amit is a food blogger who makes everyone laugh out loud. Liran Koehner, who always maintains a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and body-mind balance, came to her to check: How does she do it?



At the beginning of the session, Shiri taught Liran how to make nut cookies: "I have to confess - this is a copied recipe, from Daniel Amit, my sister. But I upgraded and added a few more things."



The recipe:



1) Grind in a coarse tahini a bowl of nuts and transfer to a bowl



2) Add two tablespoons of sesame and two tablespoons of almond butter



3) Add 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of natural maple and mashed banana (egg substitute)



4) Add 1/2 cup Oatmeal



5) Spread the whole mixture on baking paper and put in the oven for 15 minutes



6) On top you can sprinkle chocolate



"Oatmeal is a household name here," Shiri testified.

"Every day I eat something with oatmeal. I add it to porridge, breads, patties. It just adds well. More dietary fiber."



When Liran asked about more treats Shiri makes for herself, the blogger said she likes buckwheat bread with ricotta and jam the most: "But I also really like cakes in the senses. Nutritious food can be both delicious and reward the body and weight loss. I really wanted to lose weight after the first closure, I went "I became a nutritionist and I started improvising dishes, from which my Instagram page was born, at the urging of Daniel. It's a lot of fun, because I get enthusiastic responses and it does good in the heart."



And what about the connection between her and Daniel?

"We get along great and it has crazy vibes. It's fun and it's nice that we both share the same niche."
