(ANSA) - TOKYO, 02 AUG - The Tokyo Stock Exchange ends the first session of the week with a sustained rise, with investors returning to the market after the recent losses in the list, and waiting for more indications from the quarterly season.
The Nikkei posted an increase of 1.82% to 27.781.02, with an increase of 497 points.
On the currency front, the yen is stable against the dollar at 109.60, and against the euro at 130.10.
