Covid: USA donates 110 million doses abroad

(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 03 AUG - The United States has donated more than 110 million doses of the anti-Covid vaccine to over 60 countries.

This was announced by the White House.

President Joe Biden's announcement is expected in the next few hours.

Most of the doses were distributed to countries most in need through the Covax program.

The rest was split between some regional partners such as Mexico and Canada.
