Today, Damascus University announced the postponement of the exams for the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021 scheduled for Sunday 8-8-2021 and Monday 9-8-2021 in all its faculties in Damascus and its branches in As-Suwayda, Daraa and Quneitra, to coincide with the Ras Al-Hijri holiday.
The university indicated in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that a later date will be set for the exams on Sunday and Monday at the end of the exams in the faculties, according to the program of each faculty.
Earlier today, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers issued a communication to suspend public authorities on Sunday, 8-8-2021 instead of Monday, 8-9, on the occasion of the Islamic New Year holiday.
