The project to be presented consists of a summary description of the intervention to be carried out. Any graphic designs will be presented only if they are indispensable for a clearer and more complete description. For interventions in free construction, a very simple description of the intervention in the form will suffice. To facilitate the completion, a summary table of the attachments to the form is included, which also illustrates the cases in which they are necessary. The advantages:first of all, the long waits to access the documentation of the building archives of the municipalities are eliminated (3 months on average for each property subject to verification). The Department of Public Function has also estimated that the elimination of the certificate of legitimate status already alone entails an expense saving of at least 110 million euros, which can be reinvested in productive expenditure, that is, in the design and implementation of interventions.
