The health pass may be required at the entrance to fairs, seminars or trade shows.

The health pass will not be required from people going to the hospital for treatment.

The Constitutional Council also validated the implementation of the health pass for long-distance journeys. This corresponds to trips made by TGV and Intercités. But also long-distance coach journeys and all air travel, including domestic ones.
