Pending the decree on school and transport, the obligatory green pass to enter the restaurants indoors and consume at the table even in the bars is activated from 6 August.

Article 9 bis of the July decree provides for the use of green certification also for shows open to the public, sporting events and competitions; museums and other institutes and places of culture; indoor swimming pools, gyms, wellness centers - including those located inside accommodation facilities; festivals, fairs, conferences and congresses; spas, theme and amusement parks; cultural, social and recreational centers limited to indoor activities and with the exclusion of educational centers for children, including summer centers and related catering activities; gaming, betting, bingo and casino rooms; public competitions.

The CHURCHES and ORATORS remain without the obligation to have a green pass.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE PASS

- The pass is issued after the first dose of vaccine - 15 days after administration - or at the end of the vaccination cycle and therefore after the second dose, (valid for 9 months), with the certificate of recovery from Covid (valid 6 months), with the negative result of a swab carried out in the previous 48 hours. The obligation to have the green pass does not apply to all those under the age of 12 - for whom vaccination is not authorized - and, according to the decree, "to those exempt on the basis of suitable medical certification issued according to the criteria defined with a circular from the Ministry of Health ".

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

- The certificate will be used for drinks at the table indoors in restaurants and bars, where it will not be necessary for the service at the counter. The decree provides that "the owners or managers of the services and activities" for which the certificate is required "are required to verify that access to the aforementioned services takes place in compliance with the requirements". Therefore, it is up to the owners of the exercises to check the pass, through 'Verification C19', the official app of the Ministry of Health. Checks that, of course, can also be carried out by the police.

  CINEMA AND THEATERS

- The obligation of a Green pass for cinemas and theaters arrives, but the number of spectators admitted to attend it increases. In the yellow zone you will enter with Green pass, mask and distance, but spectators will be able to go outdoors from the current 1000 to a maximum of 2500 and indoors from 500 to 1000. While in the white zone, where capacity limits are now set, an outdoor roof of 5,000 people and an indoor roof of 2,500 people is fixed.

  SPORT

- For events and sports competitions in the white area, the permitted capacity cannot exceed 50% of the maximum authorized outdoors and 25% indoors. In the yellow zone, the permitted capacity cannot exceed 25% and, in any case, the maximum number of spectators cannot exceed 2,500 for outdoor systems and 1,000 for indoor systems.

  PENALTIES

- For those who violate the rules or do not carry out the checks, a penalty of between 400 and 1000 euros is imposed on both the operator and the user. If the violations are repeated on 3 different days, the exercise may be closed for 1 to 10 days. (HANDLE).
