Ice cream is always a treat but in the summer it is a necessary treat in order to survive the hot days in sanity.
And if already ice cream, then why not a homemade one that comes as a stunning cake with cookie crumbs?
A few years ago, the ingenious patent for making homemade ice cream from condensed milk and cream arrived in the country, and recently the trick was upgraded to making personalized ice cream in a glass in five minutes of work.
So little work, without special and expensive accessories, and anyone can make ice cream at home in a variety of flavors.
The classic recipe based on sweetened condensed milk is too sweet for me.
So when I made the icing cake I increased the amount of cream relative to the condensed milk and added a cream cheese that refines the sweetness.
To add texture and corruption I also added oreo cookie crumbs and chocolate cream on top of everything.
Do not be alarmed by the amount of cream in the recipe, from these amounts comes a large and especially high ice cream cake that will be enough for a lot of dishes.

Ingredients
For a wide English cake pan 30 cm long:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
חב2 packs 38% sweet cream (625 ml)
22 Oreo cookies
200 grams of cream cheese (16-30 percent fat)
For coating:
½ Package 38% sweet cream (125 ml)
100 grams of dark chocolate
Bitter chopped dark chocolate

Preparation
How to make ice cream cake cookies?
1 In a mixer with the whipping balloon, whip the sweet cream and cheese into a firm but still soft cream.
2 Pour the condensed milk into a large bowl and fold in a third of the amount of cheese whipped cream.
Fold in the rest of the whipped cream.
Mash 16 Oreo cookies into coarse crumbs (the remaining 6 are kept intact until the end) and fold in into the cream.
4 Line the pan with cling film and pour in the cream.
Place the rest of the whole oreo cookies on top in pairs, and press them slightly.
Wrap in cling film and freeze overnight.
5 Melt the dark chocolate and cream, mix to a uniform cream and cool.
6 Extract the cake - turn it over on a serving plate, remove the cling film and pour over the chocolate sauce.
7 You do not have an English cake pan wide enough?
You can divide the mixtures into several disposable molds or freeze the leftover cream in a box.
