In the "West" project marketed by the Dera company in the western Gan Yavneh neighborhood in Gan Yavneh, a 5-room penthouse with an area of 152 sq.m. with a 36 sq.m. balcony including 3 parking spaces and a warehouse was sold.
The "West" project built by Ador Projects includes 8 designed boutique buildings of 6 floors with a total of 137 apartments - of which 100 apartments are marketed as part of the price per occupant and the rest in the free market.
The project includes three 6-story buildings and five 5-story buildings.
Each building will have 4 apartments on a typical floor, in addition to 41 special apartments that will be built in the project, such as spacious garden apartments and 5-room designed penthouses.

Beer Sheva
In a French project in Neot Hadarim set up by the French company Shimon in the Neot Hadarim neighborhood in Be'er Sheva, a 5-room apartment, with an area of 132 sq.m., with a 25 sq.m. balcony on the 10th floor, including two parking spaces and a warehouse, was sold at a presale price of 1.56 million ₪.
A French project in Neot Hadarim, which was built in several stages and will include about 600 units, now offers for sale 176 units in two 16-story buildings and another 14-story building.

Netivot
In the "French on the Stream" project built by the Rami Tzarfati group in the Neve Sharon neighborhood of Netivot, a 5-room penthouse in Netivot with an area of 142 sq.m. with a 90 sq.m. balcony, including a warehouse and parking, was sold.
The project covers an area of about 20 dunams and includes 363 apartments in 10 9-story buildings each with about 36 apartments in each building.
The mix of apartments is varied and includes 3-, 4- and 5-room apartments, 3-4-room garden apartments, and 5-6-room penthouse apartments with extra-large balconies.
The Neve Sharon neighborhood is located in the northwestern part of Netivot, near the entrance to the city from Highway 25 and near the Boho River.
The neighborhood will include about 2,600 housing units over 1,280 dunams, and about 530 detached houses, about 35,000 square meters for trade and employment, and public areas amounting to about 50,000 square meters.
