Creamy risotto: these are the ingredients you need

150 ml sunflower oil
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
300 g risotto rice
250 ml white wine
500 g of pureed tomatoes
1 L hot vegetable stock
150 ml coconut milk
150 g cherry tomatoes
100 g dried tomatoes
2 tbsp parsley
1.5 tbsp salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp oregano
some basil leaves

Creamy risotto: the preparation
Put the sunflower oil in a large saucepan and heat it up.
Then fry the onions and garlic in it.
Put the risotto rice in the same saucepan and stir everything.
Then add the white wine and stir until the rice has absorbed everything.
The next step is the strained tomatoes, which are gradually mixed in.
Then add the vegetable stock and tempt everything again for a few minutes.
Only then do the coconut milk, the cherry tomatoes, the sun-dried tomatoes and the spices follow.
Stir everything until the rice is soaked.
You can now serve the risotto after you have spread a few basil leaves over it.
