The man called the police and followed the driver in his car.
He got out at a red light in Fuldabrück near Kassel, opened the woman's car door and unceremoniously removed the ignition key.
The driver was brought to the station, where she was found to have a value of 4.4 per mille, as the police reported.
Now the woman has to answer for endangering road traffic, her driver's license has been secured.
The police found fresh damage to their car, which indicates a collision with a tree or bush.
The police therefore ask for evidence of a possible accident site in the Fuldabrück area.
