You'll have to believe us when we say it's not an easy job, not an easy one at all.
To experience all the new products that come out of the Israeli market (and sometimes even outside it), to taste before everyone else, deliveries and other deliveries, paper bags that accumulate in the office (and at home), a constant feeling of satiety.
Seriously, it's harder than it looks, and no one pays you for the gym, or compensates you for the rapidly evolving sense of FOMO in the mind.

However, a "new on the shelf" section, with its tasters, curiosities and loyal consumers, has set out again.
And this time - flakes with ambitions, spoiled cookies and one of the most justified comebacks we can remember.
Yes, we are very eclectic.

The Golan Delicacy, Strauss
Strauss' Golan Delicacy (Photo: Strauss Studio)
Strauss Dairy elegantly dances on our nostalgic tear glands, returning the Golan delicacy to the shelf.
The delicacy, which was launched 38 years ago (yes, we also thought we were younger) and disappeared after about two decades, is now back in a limited summer edition and in two flavors - chocolate and dark chocolate.
This is a thick product, on the verge of chocolate, with much more mature flavors and much less sweet than the competition.
Add to that the nostalgic castor that completely influenced this taste test, and you will understand why we walk around with sunglasses indoors as well.
In four words: a spoon inside the fountain of youth.
Treats in the Cup, Strauss
Indulgences in the Strauss Cup (Photo: Strauss Studio)
Elite's stuffed cookie series expands slightly, with mini treats in the cup, in two new flavors.
These are small, vegan cookies, the size of a bite or a bite and a half, flavored with peanut bagel brownies, and toffee cream with salted caramel.
They come in a successful plastic cup in its efficiency, which maintains a reasonable freshness, although less necessary in this case, since the plan not to riot on the box turned out to be too optimistic.
In seven words: started with a coffee of four, ended with four and five.
Aquarius bucket, Netanya
Wine from the Vino bucket (Photo: Vino bucket)
The concept store in the Piano Center complex in Netanya combines a wine boutique, deli and bar, and at the same time offers quite a few bottles exclusively imported, and at a fair price.
We sampled Ahso Brut Rose Georgian, a delicate and sweet sparkling wine that cooled well and gave us a particularly hot evening, also Georgian Binekhi Qvevri Kisi, which is an orange and dry wine, very successful and very summery in its characteristics, and also Chablis by La Reine Pedauque in Burgundy, which was light, lemony - Citrus and has an impressive presence.
In five words: cheers, you earned it honestly.
Spring Shake
Spring Shake (Photo: Spring)
The Israeli beverage brand is renewed with Spring SHAKE, a series with only fruit and water, without added sugar.
The new products, which come in a personal bottle configuration and family cardboard, include three flavors at the moment - Mango Passionflower Pineapple, Banana Tamar Orange and Berry Pineapple Coconut Berries.
The three versions provide a thick, relatively rich drink with a successful fruity taste.
They are indeed a little less sweet than usual, and this in an excellent line, which does not come at the expense of indulgence.
In four words: close enough to a homemade smoothie.
Fanta Zero
Fanta Zero (Photo: Fanta)
The stained beverage brand from Coca-Cola also sheds sugars, launching Fanta Zero.
For now, these are just two flavors - an orange-flavored panta and an apple-flavored panta, both without sugar and without preservatives.
The carbonated drinks join the popular Zero family and offer a refreshing orange wink on the one hand, and a beloved apple flavor on the other, without the matter of calories and a red sticker.
In three words: fans of the genre will be happy.
Flakes, barn
Barn flakes (Photo: Barn Studio)
Osem shakes its stable flake shelf slightly, launching three new editions.
These are Majdara-style flakes, Asian-style flakes and tomato flakes.
The last two were tried at our house.
The Asian version provided a relatively strong soy flavor, which was nice for its kind but certainly not a children’s routine bowl of flakes, for better or worse.
The tomato version, which incorporates 15% puree inside the flake dough, has already provided a dish that is planted much deeper in the collective childhood of us all.
In three words: nice for breaking a routine.
