(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 07 AUG - The American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, said he was concerned about the proliferation of China's nuclear arsenal.
Speaking online at a meeting of ASEAN ministers, Blinken underlined how Beijing has now clearly deviated from the minimum deterrence strategy followed in the last decades, as explained by the spokesman for the NedPrice Department.
Last month, a report from the American Federation of Scientists concluded that China is building more than 100 silos in the Xinjang region to house nuclear-warhead missiles.
