On the road to vacation this Saturday, you have to be patient.
Traffic is still dense, with more than 1000 kilometers of traffic jams in the middle of the day, classified red in the country by Bison Futé and even black in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
The peak of traffic was reached at noon with 1,051 km of slowdowns in total for this second crossover of the summer between the departure of holidaymakers in August and the return of those who left in July.
The A7, A10 and A9 affected
The main difficulties are concentrated on the A7 motorway in the Rhône valley, with more than 200 km of traffic jams and a journey time doubled compared to the usual between Lyon and Orange (Vaucluse) in the direction of the departures.

Motorists should also be patient on the A9 around Montpellier and on the A75 south of Clermont-Ferrand.
