Garofoli writes to ministers, respecting Pnrr reform deadlines

In the letter, Garofoli recalls the need to respect "the deadlines and the planned and in-depth examination of the reforms and legislative initiatives of the individual administrations".

"The preparation of an orderly government agenda - writes Garofoli to the ministers - in addition to responding to precise regulatory requirements, is consistent with the need to better organize the often complex preliminary activities. An even stronger need in consideration of the commitments undertaken as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP) of which sectoral reforms are a central component ". As part of the tax administration reform, the Ministry of Economy will have to adopt a report to guide the government's actions aimed at reducing tax evasion due to non-invoicing, particularly in the sectors most exposed to tax evasion, "also through targeted incentives for consumers ". The reform of qualifying degrees must also be completed in 2021, simplifying access to the professions, and reforming doctorates, simplifying the procedures for involving companies and research centers and strengthening applied research. As part of the reform of active employment policies, the ministry within the year is called upon to introduce the "Employability Guarantee" for the unemployed together with a "National New Skills Plan". The Ministry of Justice is committed to the entry into force of the implementing legislation for the reform of the civil and criminal trial, of the implementing legislation for the reform of the insolvency framework.
