The Government confirmed this Wednesday
11,397 new cases
and another
223 deaths
from coronavirus in Argentina.
In this way, the country reaches 5,052,884 infections and 108,388 deaths since the start of the pandemic.
According to the latest official survey,
244,466 patients
are suffering from the disease with a diagnosis throughout the country, of which

developed serious
symptoms
and are admitted to intensive care.
The occupation of critical beds for all pathologies remains around half:

Plans with Pfizer
The Minister of Health, Carla Vizzotti, anticipated that the Government has the expectation of
"advancing in the contract with Pfizer"
to be able to vaccinate all adolescents between 12 and 17 years old.

In Argentina, the Moderna vaccine is being applied to minors, between 12 and 17 years old, who have comorbidities.
This vaccine and that of Pfizer are among the few authorized in the world to inoculate those under 18 years of age.
